At Great Eastern Entertainment, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
